In Paper 3, will calibration between the eyepiece graticule and stage micrometer be required and will the eyepiece graticule already be in the microscope or will it need to be inserted? If so, how does one insert an eyepiece graticule? Also, will knowledge of a thermostat be required? If you are not entirely sure what you are supposed to write, I would recommend you to write a longer answer with everything that you think is relevant to the question. This will increase your chance of hitting the points in the mark scheme, and you will not be deducted any marks for writing irrelevant points in your answer. That said, you should ensure that you do not spend too much time on each question so that you can have enough time to finish the paper.Daniel Limhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06004964082478501027noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8719926491198822315.post-16105051164133117872017-04-07T10:36:31.500+08:002017-04-07T10:36:31.500+08:00Hi Daniel. Ie when i answer its difficult for me to hit the key points on the marking scheme and the suggest questions are really difficult. May I know for paper 3 biology, when filling in values in a table (e.g. for serial dilution), do we need to standardise the decimal places for all? For example, for 10 times dilution we could have 5, 0.5and 0.005. Do we need to write 5.000, 0.500 and 0.005?
